Today a former radio talk show host who is also a blogger and according to MSNBC, a White Supremacist Harald (Hal) Turner threatened Judges on his blog for their rulings regarding Gun Control.
A white supremacist blogger was arrested at his New Jersey home Wednesday and charged with threatening to assault or murder three Chicago-based judges who refused to overturn local ordinances banning handguns...Prosecutors quoted a Turner Internet posting as saying: "Let me be the first to say this plainly: These judges deserve to be killed." The posting included a map showing the Everett Dirksen Federal Courthouse, where the three judges are based. It said a map showing the judges' homes would later be added. The posting also referred to the murder of the mother and husband of Chicago-based federal Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow in February 2005 - a crime that sent shock waves across the nation.
Now I do believe that this was prudent action considering the nature of the threat. But what I want to know is why those people who commit similar acts against Doctors and health care workers who perform abortions or otherwise work at family planning clinics, are not treated similarly? Shades of Dr Tiller.

I have never been a big fan of Michael Savage, because years ago, I heard him talking about how Date Rape wasnt Real Rape. That was my first exposure to Mr Savage on the Savage Nation. And you could almost hear his frothy spittle hitting the microphone in the studio. So his Nasty Comments about all these other issues come as no surprise to me.
Once again, I believe that the host of this show has a great question: "What Does Michael Savage Expect his Followers to do when they receive the photos and personal information on the employees of Media Matters?
This is more of that "Shut the Fuck Up" crap from the Reich Wing. "Shut the Fuck Up, or the Reich Wing will kill you or in the very least Threaten to." I will say, that Michael Savage gives Conservatism a very bad name. I know some Conservatives and we agree to disagree about a lot of things. They however, have too much class to act like this clown. He doesnt do much for the face of Judaism either. I guess he is like Judaism's Jerry Falwell or Pat Robertson, only even less attractive and more rabid.
Anyhow this is message I get from Savage and others like him who make these threats.

O the irony... he gives gun owners such a bad name... not helping their cause. He knows this, right?

I suspect it's related to the question of why white Christian terrorist Eric Rudolf--who set off a bomb at the Olympics as well as blowing up a lesbian bar and two abortion clinics--was given a plea deal. Can you imagine if he'd been non-white? Or a Muslim? He'd be in Guantanamo and wouldn't even get a trial, much less a plea deal.
Yes, funny how White Privilege and Christian Privilege play into these deals but are drowned out by the whining of those who do not understand the nature of either concept.
